  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Sales made by professional sellers are eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.

    • Sales made by private individuals are final and non-rescindable, except where mandated by applicable law.

  • Inspection Rights: Buyers are entitled to inspect the artwork on-site with the seller before finalizing a purchase.

  • Legal Rescission: All sales can be rescinded if required by law (e.g., fraud, misrepresentation).

  • Process: To initiate a return, buyers must contact Tagalart customer support within the specified timeframe. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment Methods

  • Wire Transfer Only: All transactions must be completed via wire transfer. We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods at this time.

  • Security: Buyers and sellers are encouraged to verify payment details before initiating a transfer to prevent fraud.

    • Buyers are encouraged to perform their due diligence and seek professional advice if necessary.

  • User Obligations: Buyers and sellers must provide accurate and complete information during the transaction process.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on Tagalart.com, including images, descriptions, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • Limitation of Liability: Tagalart is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or artworks.

  • Force Majeure: Tagalart is not liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber-attacks, strikes, or government actions.

6. Prohibited Items

  • Tagalart prohibits the listing or sale of the following items:

    • Stolen artworks

    • Forgeries or counterfeit items

    • Items with unresolved ownership disputes

    • Artworks that violate intellectual property rights

    • Items prohibited by local, national, or international law
